If I was autistic,catatonic,retarded, and in a coma I would still beat BUSH on an IQ test.
And he's in the most powerful position in the world.

It is not only Bush who makes such 'powerful statements'.
Many Indian politicians too have made audaciously stupid comments. It is just that they do not get that much attention.
